Sarah Ruhlen is a graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law (2011), where she earned a joint degree in Law and Public Affairs, specializing in Public Sector Labor Law. She is an alumna of both the Peggy Browning Fellowship Program and the AFL-CIO Law Student Union Summer.

Ms. Ruhlen is admitted to practice law in New York (2012) and Pennsylvania (2011). She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee, and the Women’s Bar Association, Central New York chapter.

In her free time, Ms. Ruhlen is a poet, musician, and bicycling enthusiast.
