Susan McNeil (she/her) joined the firm in November, 2017 and focuses primarily on labor and employment law issues. She is admitted to practice in New York (1994), Rhode Island (1996) and Massachusetts (1997), and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance, the Onondaga County Bar Association, and the New York State Women’s Bar Association, Central New York Chapter.
Previously she worked as a staff attorney for the National Employment Law Project in New York City and as an economic and social policy analyst for the American Federation of State County and Municipal Workers in Washington, D.C. Ms. McNeil is a graduate of St. Mary’s University School of Law (1993), and the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (Masters in Labor Studies; BA in Business).
Ms. McNeil is originally from Massachusetts and spends her free time on Cape Cod. She is an avid swimmer and a committed volunteer at the Francis Hospice House and LiteracyCNY.
